Jason Eger, CPA

Jason Eger is a certified public accountant (CPA) and is QuickBooks ProAdvisor trained. He specializes in helping Entrepreneurs achieve their personal and business goals. He loves being the “Off-site CFO” for his clients around Northern Colorado, as a business consultant and trusted advisor. Jason and Dawn have two energetic kids and a dog named Kota (name after Kota Kinabalu in Borneo). In Jason’s spare time he enjoys coaching his daughter’s soccer team, skiing, traveling, mountain biking and camping. If he’s not in the office, you can often find him on the trails West of Fort Collins or working on his endless list of home projects.

Nate Grossnickle

Nate joined the Eger CPA team in 2021 and comes from a background of web design, marketing and sales.  He has spent most of career working in digital marketing and education. He grew up in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and moved to Colorado in his early 20’s.  He previously worked and lived in North Carolina, Mississippi and California.  He now resides in West Fort Collins with his wife Audra and his 3 daughters, Jordyn, Kenna and Payton and their dog Suzie.  He loves outdoor activities, especially running and boxing. In his free time he can be found working on his koi pond in his backyard or transporting his kids to their various sports and activities.

Kate Saer

Kate joins the Eger CPA team with a background in account and project management. She moved from Phoenix to Fort Collins to study at CSU and loved the area so much she never went back. She now lives in Loveland with her husband, their cat Ophelia, more books than she has shelves for and several mostly alive houseplants.

Brytni Gonzales, CPA

Brytni joined the Eger CPA team in 2024 after moving to Colorado with her family. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degree from Arizona State University and obtained her CPA license soon after. She spent the next 15 years in public accounting assisting both small and large business clients in a variety of industries. She loves developing relationships with her clients as a trusted advisor. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids exploring the outdoors.

Josh Ramirez, CPA

After spending a decade providing tax services for businesses and individuals across Northern Colorado and beyond, Josh joined Eger CPA in September 2024. He has experience in a wide range of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, medical, and agriculture. Josh completed both his undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Northern Colorado and obtained his Certified Public Accountant licensure soon after. In his free time Josh enjoys building things in his woodworking shop and kayaking with his wife and son.

Erik Olthof, CPA

Erik Olthof is a tax professional with four years of experience in Tax Preparation and Tax Advisory services. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), he earned his CPA license in 2020 and joined Eger CPA in late 2025. Erik enjoys taking the stress out of taxes for clients, offering guidance that’s clear, approachable, and easy to understand. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find Erik out for a run, on a pickleball court, or exploring the Colorado outdoors with his wife and their two dogs. He loves calling Colorado home and never misses a chance to enjoy the trails.

Maya Gray

Maya joined the Eger CPA team in January 2023, after nearly 5 years spent working in credit unions. She graduated from Colorado State University’s College of Business with her degree in Business Administration, Accounting, and Finance in 2023 and is currently attending graduate school for accounting. A Colorado native, Maya enjoys biking, hiking, and paddleboarding. She has also found her way onto the Eger CPA golf team, where she continues to learn how to play golf!

Luke Sainz, EA

Luke joined the Eger CPA team in 2025 after acquiring his enrolled agent license from the Internal Revenue Service. As an undergraduate at Colorado State University, Luke looks forward to applying his knowledge as an EA while working toward his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. When he isn’t in the office, he enjoys playing basketball, lifting weights, and spending time with his wife and their cat Luka. He has also begun hitting the golf range and hopes to find a spot on the Eger CPA golf team soon!

Sarah Kasten, EA

Sarah started with Eger CPA in August 2023 and has been working with small business on their accounting and tax needs since 2014. She graduated from CSU with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and is also an Enrolled Agent. She is looking forward to meeting new clients and helping their business grow. She enjoys spending time with her husband, their cat Cheese, and spending time in her garden.

Kamryn Oskvarek, EA

Kamryn started with Eger CPA in June 2023, after working with a small Fort Collins CPA firm since her graduation from CSU in December 2018. She is looking forward to working with Eger CPA and their clients, and broadening her knowledge in the ever expanding tax and accounting fields. In her free time, Kamryn enjoys spending time with her husband and their puppy, watching movies, cooking, baking, and exploring the Colorado wilderness.

Joanna Satkowitz

Joanna joined Eger CPA in 2024, with 10 years of experience in accounting and tax preparation for small business clients. Originally from New Jersey, she graduated from Johns Hopkins University and earned her master’s degree at Florida Atlantic University in southeastern Florida, where she currently resides. When she’s not chasing around her two cats and the various lizards, snakes, and other local wildlife they drag into her house, she enjoys camping, video and tabletop gaming, and the local theater scene.

Chelsea Creekmore

Chelsea has spent most of her life living in Colorado and graduated from CSU where she majored in Political Science and Women and Gender Studies. She was working at a credit union, but after a fortuitous meeting with Dawn she decided to use her skills as part of the Eger accounting and bookkeeping team. In her free time she loves camping, traveling, scrapbooking and adventuring with her husband and two dogs.

Amelia Callahan

Amelia is an AIPB & FRCC certified bookkeeper with more than 10 years’ experience in office administration. She has lived in Fort Collins for more than 20 years and watched the community grow from a small town community into the thriving city it has become. She has worked in local small businesses ranging from technical trades to wholistic practices, and as such has a unique perspective on the needs of each individual business.

Amelia has two awesome kids and a good boy named Jake the Dog. In her free time, you will find her on the trails with Jake, playing Dungeons & Dragons with her teens, or knitting on the couch.

Deniese Lipscombe

Deniese started with the Eger CPA team in June of 2021 as a payroll processor. From working as a Fly Shop manager to a Business manager in Tractor Sales and Service, Deniese has a wide array of experience. She has two sons, Spencer and Simon, who are out of the house now so she has plenty of time to tackle home improvement projects with her husband, Barry on the weekends. If we need something fixed here at the office, we know where to go! Her two dogs, Indie and Luna also keep her busy as well as tending to her koi pond.

Lana Banuelos Hernandez, FPC

Lana has been a part of the Eger CPA team for over 5 years, and her passion for helping others has helped her make the transition from Director of First Impressions to being a Payroll Processor. When she is not busy processing payrolls and assuring clients are remaining compliant, she is actively pursuing her Accounting degree at Front Range with the hopes of transferring to Colorado State University next fall. In her free time, she enjoys taking her puppy to the park and experiencing the best of Fort Collins’ night life.

Josh Kim, Payroll Processor

Josh joined Eger CPA in the summer of 2022, marking his first foray into the accounting field after graduating from UCI with a degree in Psychology. Apart from his passion for creative writing, where he strives to complete a novel and screenplay that have been in the works for years, Josh is actively pursuing his interest in coding within the computer science domain. He possesses proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript, while harboring a desire to expand his repertoire by delving into Python 3 in the near future.

Lyndsi Palacios, Payroll Processor

Lyndsi joined the Eger CPA/Avid Payroll Team in August 2023. She offers experience in banking and small business management. Lyndsi graduated from North Central University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and looks forward to getting to know her clients and how we, as a team, can better assist them and their business needs. Some of her favorite pastimes are reading & writing, playing the piano, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.

Misty Montez

Misty started as an administrative assistant in February 2022 and is excited to bring her experience and enthusiasm to Eger CPA. She has a varied background in office support, accounting, and project coordination. Driven by a passion to help others, she takes pride in providing excellent customer service to our clients and supporting her coworkers. Outside of work, she enjoys finding new adventures with her husband, children, and dogs. When not busy with her family, you can find her absorbed in an entertaining book.

Andrea Burch

Andrea joins the team after spending most of her career in education and the federal government. She grew up in Colorado Springs and graduated from CSU with a degree in finance. After years living abroad and various states around the country, her family moved to Timnath. Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with family and adventuring the outdoors.
